AERIE Apartments

This was an exciting collaboration with an up-and-coming general contractor in Little Havana.  Our scope included 12 residential units in this contemporary multi-family building, covering different-sized windows and sliding glass doors with translucent solar shades for optimal light filtration and complete privacy.
