An incredible mixed-use development in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, collaborating with one of the largest general contractors in the state of Florida.  Our scope included covering 243 residential units with faux wood and vertical blinds, as well as the various amenity areas throughout the ground floor with 17-foot long motorized solar shades.
