This second phase of the new Flagler Village community in the heart of Fort Lauderdale included the construction of a 12-story, 166-unit building.  All living rooms and kitchens were covered with our light-filtering solar shades, whereas bedrooms received blackout solar shades for maximum room-darkening effects for incoming residents.
