We were ecstatic to complete our very first project in the famous Alhambra Plaza building in Coral Gables.  This marked the beginning of our relationship with another GC specializing in the office/TI sector, and the scope of work entailed covering all perimeter windows of a new branch for Ameriprise Financial.
