An exciting three-story renovation within the famous 801 Brickell Ave. building in downtown Miami.  Spaces (the owner) has leased out floors 7 through 9 to represent the Brickell branch of a company called Regus.  Every single window was covered individually with the building standard solar shade fabric and operating system.
