This Class-A office space was built out for Venture X on the third floor of the brand new Lutgert Professional Center.  Every single area of this space was designed with high-end finishes, including our commercial-grade manual solar shades on all perimeter office windows, motorized solar shades covering the 84-foot curtain wall facing the reception, and our custom-made sheer draperies which bring elegance and luxury to the various conference rooms and lounge areas.
